We can only ship within the US. We cannot ship to Canada or the UK.
BrassRods ships its packages via UPS ground or Fed Ex ground. All items are shipped independently of one another and in different packaging, and therefore may arrive at different times.
Products are typically shipped Monday - Friday from the manufacturer within 24 - 48 hours of your order being placed on-line. Out-of-stock and special order items require additional delivery time. In the case of items being returned we do not refund the actual shipping charges we paid to ship the item to you.
RETURNS
Returns: We will gladly return any product we sell for ANY reason within 15 days. You will receive a refund of the purchase price less the actual shipping costs we paid to ship the item to you. Returns MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO US by the 15th day to receive a refund. We must be provided with the tracking number of the return.
Condition: We cannot take back rods that have been installed. Rods must be in NEW condition and will be inspected upon return. We will not refund nor return installed rod sets.
Custom Orders: We CANNOT take back or Rufund any custom orders such as cut rods, etc. We suggest you order the full length as they are very easy to cut with a hacksaw or pipe cutter. For information about how to order stair rods please ~click here~.
Defective Items:We will replace any defective item(s) items free of charge with no shipping penalties.
You must contact us within 15 days and the items MUST BE SHIPPED NO LATER THAN THE 15TH DAY if you need a refund or replacement.

Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
